How to

Log bodyweight reps from Home

Log push-ups, pull-ups and other bodyweight sets from Home, even on days you don't train, and watch your one-set max and best day.

The Bodyweight today card on Home lets you log a set of push-ups, pull-ups or squats in a few taps, without starting a workout. It suits days you can’t get to the gym, and sets you squeeze in between everything else.

Log a set

  1. Open the Home tab and find Bodyweight today, under Quick Workout.
  2. Tap Log next to an exercise.
  3. Set your reps. The number starts at your last set. Tap -5, -1, +1 or +5, hold a button to run it up, or tap the number and type.
  4. Tap Log 20 Push-Ups.

Each row shows your total for today, your One-set max, your Best day and your total for This week, with a bar of today against your best day. To take your most recent set back out, tap Undo last set.

Weighted and assisted sets

Under Weight, choose Added to log a set with weight on, or Assisted for a set with a band or machine helping. Pick the amount, then log it. These sets go in your records and History, but not in the row’s totals or the graph, which only add up sets with nothing added.

One entry a day

Every set you log in a day goes into one Bodyweight entry in History, so 20 push-ups five times a day is one entry with five sets. A new day starts at midnight. You can delete a set or the whole day from the entry, and your records and XP update to match.

What it earns

A set counts toward your muscle rings and earns set XP when it’s at least half your best set at bodyweight. Smaller sets still go in your totals and your graph. Beating your one-set max, or your best day, is a personal record and earns PR XP.

A counter day isn’t a workout. It doesn’t earn the workout bonus, and it doesn’t count toward your weekly workout goal, your streak or your medals.

Choose your exercises

Tap Edit on the card and pick up to three bodyweight exercises, including ones you added yourself. They show on Home in the order you tapped them. Your choice is saved with your account, so it comes back if you sign in on another phone.

See it as a graph

Tap an exercise’s name on the card to open its page. Above Max reps at each load you’ll see Bodyweight progress: one dot for each day you did the exercise. Gold stars are record days. Tap a dot to see its day and number.

Switch between Best set, the most reps in one set that day, and Total reps, everything you did that day. Turn on Line to connect the dots. It’s off to start with, and your phone remembers your choice.
