Your week score rates a training week from 0 to 100. It’s about quality, not grind: showing up, doing the right amount of work, getting stronger and covering your muscles. Weeks run Monday to Sunday.
You can watch it build on the THIS WEEK card on Home, where it shows as your week score so far. If your program’s cycle isn’t 7 days long, the card is labelled with the cycle length instead, such as 5-DAY CYCLE. Tap Week detail to see each part and the arithmetic behind it.
The four parts
This Week on Home: your ring and your week score.
Adherence, up to 40 points
Did you show up? This compares the sessions you did with the sessions you planned. If you followed your program that week, the plan is your program’s sessions. If you trained on your own, it’s your Weekly Session Target, under Training in Settings (the gear on the Profile tab). It starts at 3.
Volume, up to 30 points
Did each muscle get productive work? This is the share of the muscles you trained that landed at Minimum or above without going past their max. Train 5 muscles with 4 in that range and you get 4/5 of the 30 points.
Progress, up to 20 points
Did you get stronger? Each progressive-overload win counts 1 point and each personal record counts 2, up to 10 points, which gives the full 20.
Balance, up to 10 points
Did you skip anything? With a program, this checks whether each muscle your plan called for got trained. Without one, you get the full 10 by training at least 4 muscle groups.
What it pays
The week settles when it ends. It then pays XP equal to the score times 3, so a score of 80 pays 240 XP.
If you close your weekly ring, the week also earns a medal, with a bonus on top: 25 XP for bronze, 50 for silver and 75 for gold. The medal comes from how your muscle rings landed. See Muscle rings and weekly volume.
Streaks
A week that scores 60 or more keeps your week streak going. A week under 60 means a fresh start next week. There’s no penalty beyond that.
Adding a workout to a past week
If you add a workout to a week that has already settled, its score can go up, never down. Any extra XP is paid as the difference, so the same week never pays twice.
Why it’s built this way
Each part checks something a good week needs. Adherence rewards consistency, volume rewards enough work without junk sets, progress rewards actually getting stronger, and balance makes sure nothing gets left out. The plan only judges you in weeks you actually followed it, so training on your own never counts against you.
